NPARALLEL and its contractors shall not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials, materials improperly packed, or concealed damage. NPARALLEL and its contractors shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or disappearance of exhibitor's materials after same have been delivered to exhibitor's booth.
Bills of lading covering outgoing shipments furnished by NPARALLEL to exhibitors will be checked at the time of pick-up from the booth, and corrections made where discrepancies exist between the quantities of items on the bill of lading and the actual count at time of pick-up.
In no event shall NPARALLEL or its contractors be liable for special, collateral, exemplary, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether tortious or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of business, revenues, profits, or goodwill, even if NPARALLEL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to NPARALLEL prior to the close of the show. No suit or action shall be maintained against NPARALLEL for any reason unless written notice is given within thirty (30) days of the show closing date.
Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain All Risk insurance coverage for exhibit materials during transit and at the show site. NPARALLEL does not provide insurance coverage for exhibitor materials.
