An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company other than NPARALLEL that you wish to use for installation, dismantle, or other services. Complete this form to notify NPARALLEL. The EAC must also submit a Certificate of Insurance naming NPARALLEL and the venue as additional insureds (minimum $1M General Liability).
